Worship, as portrayed in the scriptures, is not an activity that that we are required to perform
at certain times such as Sunday mornings. it is a way of life that should fill every moment. The
reason for this is because God does great things for us everyday.
The psalmist in today's passage enumerates some of the contents of worship. When you worship God,
you should be able to sing songs (whether new or old) to appreciate God for saving you, declares
His goodness in your life and His glory among the nation. For being our Creator, God deserves to
be worshipped. Know also that your offering (v.8) is part of your worship to God and that is why
you need to give quality that befits your status to God at every service.
