Hope in God's promises Acts 26:1-7

In Genesis 22:18, God promised Abraham "in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed. "The Jews believed in this promise but did not recognize Jesus as that "Seed." Saul started as someone who did not accept Jesus as the Messiah, whom God promised. He went all out to persecute all those who believe in Jesus. He himself became the object of persecution for the same reason. Jesus Christ is the fulfilment of the prophecy of the Messiah. During the centuries while the Jews were waiting for the Messiah, they had taken their eyes off the prophecy, and had focused religious traditions. The religious traditions had so much blinded them that they could not recognize Jesus as the Messiah. What things have you put in place of the expressed promise of God? God's promise may appear delayed, but it shall come to pass. Wait for it.
