Qualifications for Leaders 1Tim. 3:1-13

There are some Christians today who have a wrong notion of leadership in the church. They thought leadership is prestige. They thought once one has money and one is close to those in authority they can get to leadership position. It is true that this is happening in some churches as leader, either as a pastor, envangelist, deacon or deaconess, such much possess some qualities. These include being well-thought of by people, committed, cool and accessible and hospitable. He must know what he is talking about, not pushy but gentle, not thin-skinned, not money-hungry. He must attend to his children well, not a new believer. Are you qualified to be a leader?
